Agent/Client Responsibility for Exit
AGENT/CLIENT/CUSTOMER shall be solely responsible for ensuring that all visa holders and any accompanying family members exit Oman within the period of validity of their visas.
If required, you must procure a copy of the visa holder's / family member's passport with exit stamp in order to clear any overstay reports from the Immigration Overstay System with immediate effect from the date of issue of the Overstay Report.
Overstay Penalties & Charges
If an overstay(s) is/are identified by the ROP (Royal Oman Police) / Immigration of OMAN, the following charges will be levied to the AGENT/CLIENT/CUSTOMER:
- π° Daily Overstay Fine: 10 to 20 OMR per day (approximately INR 2,000-4,000 per day per passenger)
- π« Absconding Amount: Up to INR 5 Lakhs (INR 5,00,000) per passenger
- β Additional Charges: These amounts are OTHER THAN the charges which will be levied by Immigration for such overstay(s)
βΈοΈ Processing Hold on New Visas
Important: Processing of new visas will be placed on hold until the overstaying passenger/s exit(s) the country. This affects ALL future visa applications from the agent/client until the overstay issue is resolved.
Understanding Your Responsibility
We, Travel Agent/Client/Customer of FlairMyTrip - Unit of Bhramanvisa (India) Private Limited, are in the business of arranging tourist visas for passengers desiring to visit Oman from time to time and obtain such visas from you for this purpose.
Each time a specific visa is required for any passenger, we make applications to you for obtaining the visas for these passengers. This is an ongoing business activity between us.
However, the risk of these passengers violating the terms and conditions under which their visas are granted, lies squarely with us (Travel Agent/Client/Customer) and/or the passengers concerned without any recourse whatsoever to FlairMyTrip - Unit of Bhramanvisa (India) Private Limited.
Indemnity Agreement
In view of the above, we Travel Agent/Client/Customer of FlairMyTrip - Unit of Bhramanvisa (India) Private Limited hereby:
- β INDEMNIFY and agree to keep indemnified, FlairMyTrip - Unit of Bhramanvisa (India) Private Limited, its officers, employees and/or representatives, anywhere in the world
- β Against ALL costs, charges, claims, damages and the like that may arise or be attributable to any or all the passengers obtaining their visas through us
- β For defaulting in their terms and conditions for grant of their respective visa(s) to visit Oman
- β From all claims, including but not limited to, any overstay or absconding, if at all by any of the applicants whose applications are submitted through Travel Agent/Client/Customer of FlairMyTrip - Unit of Bhramanvisa (India) Private Limited and/or their affiliates in India or abroad
Full Responsibility & Guarantee
We Travel Agent/Client/Customer of FlairMyTrip - Unit of Bhramanvisa (India) Private Limited take full responsibility and guarantee of the passenger/s, and ensure that the passenger/s departs Oman as per the Visa stay validity submitted for Visa Application.
Inability to Clear Overstay Report
If, for any reason, Travel Agent/Client/Customer of FlairMyTrip - Unit of Bhramanvisa (India) Private Limited is unable to clear an overstay report as aforesaid, Travel Agent/Client/Customer of FlairMyTrip - Unit of Bhramanvisa (India) Private Limited shall:
- β’ INDEMNIFY and hold FlairMyTrip - Unit of Bhramanvisa (India) Private Limited harmless from and against any overstay penalties imposed by Immigration
- β’ Pay for repatriation air ticket(s)
- β’ Cover any other costs and expenses arising out of or in connection with such overstay

οΏ½οΏ½οΈ Important Legal Notice: FlairMyTrip - Unit of Bhramanvisa (India) Private Limited holds all rights to take any legal action against Travel Agent/Client/Customer to recover penalties, losses, and dues arising from overstay situations, absconding cases, or violation of visa terms and conditions.
What You Must Do to Avoid Overstay
- β Track Visa Validity: Always know your exact visa expiry date and plan exit accordingly
- β Book Return Tickets: Confirm return flight bookings well in advance within visa validity
- β Request Extension Early: If you need to extend your stay, request visa extension BEFORE expiry (not after)
- β Keep Exit Stamp Proof: After exiting Oman, keep passport copy with exit stamp as proof
