Profiles Not Likely to Be Accepted

  • ECR Passport with Labor Profile: ECR passport holders with labor-related professions may face rejection.
  • Hindi/Regional Passport Signature: If your passport has been signed in Hindi or any other regional language (not English), it may be rejected.
  • Thumb Impression: Passports with thumb impression instead of signature may not be accepted.

Visa Restrictions

  • Non-Convertible: Visa is absolutely non-convertible and non-changeable in any scenario. This tourist visa cannot be converted to a work visa or any other visa type while in Oman.
  • No NOC from Sponsor: NOC (No Objection Certificate) from sponsor will not be provided under any circumstances. This visa is for tourism purposes only.

We, Travel Agent/Client/Customer of FlairMyTrip - Unit of Bhramanvisa (India) Private Limited hereby refer to as a "Client". The following responsibilities and obligations apply to all Clients using our visa services.

1. Authorization to File Visa Application

Client MUST authorize FlairMyTrip - Unit of Bhramanvisa (India) Private Limited to file necessary visa application along with:

  • β€’ Visa fees
  • β€’ Immigration charges
  • β€’ Embassy/Consulate charges
  • β€’ Visa sponsor charges

These charges will be filed on Client's behalf to concerned Immigration, Embassy, Consulate, or Visa Sponsor.

2. Document Submission & Authenticity

⚠️ Client's Document Responsibilities

Client MUST undertake to provide a list of required valid and proper documentation for processing visa application. Client further undertakes that:

  • βœ“ The documents submitted/provided to FlairMyTrip - Unit of Bhramanvisa (India) Private Limited are GENUINE
  • βœ“ The information provided by the customer is TRUE and CORRECT
FlairMyTrip's Position on Document Verification

FlairMyTrip - Unit of Bhramanvisa (India) Private Limited shall hold NO responsibility to verify the genuineness of the documents or the information provided. The Client bears full responsibility for ensuring all documents and information are authentic, accurate, and legally valid.

3. Visa Verification Upon Issuance/Approval

πŸ” Client's Responsibility to Check Visa Details

Once Visa is issued or approved, Client SHALL check his/her personal details mentioned on the visa. It is Client's responsibility to:

  • β€’ Check that all required visas have been obtained
  • β€’ Verify the details mentioned on visa are correct
  • β€’ Confirm details match their travel itinerary
Handling Discrepancies or Errors on Visa

Any discrepancies or Errors/mistakes on visa:

  • β†’ Client shall approach the concerned department (Immigration/Consulate/Visa Sponsor)
  • β†’ FlairMyTrip - Unit of Bhramanvisa (India) Private Limited does NOT hold any roles to give an exact time frame for sorting out discrepancies or errors on visa
  • β†’ UNLESS it is FlairMyTrip's error, we will escalate the same with Concerned Immigration/Consulate/Visa Sponsor, and the collected information will be provided to the Client

⚠️ Trip Cancellation: If for any reason passenger trip gets canceled (due to visa errors, delays, or discrepancies), FlairMyTrip - Unit of Bhramanvisa (India) Private Limited does not hold any influence on that. This has to be undertaken by the Client.

4. Visa Rejection & Re-Application Process

In Case of Rejection

If Client wishes to reapply against rejection of the visa, FlairMyTrip - Unit of Bhramanvisa (India) Private Limited shall do the same strictly pursuant to the instructions of the Client.

Re-Application Terms:
  • 1. Reapplying visa shall be a FRESH TRANSACTION
  • 2. Client is liable to pay Fresh Application (Reapply Application) Fee/Charges
  • 3. Client must pay FlairMyTrip Service Fee/Charges
  • 4. UNLESS these fees are paid, FlairMyTrip will NOT initiate re-apply of any visa application
Client's Responsibility for Re-Application

Client shall take FULL RESPONSIBILITY of re-application visa processing whether Approval or Rejection.

In case of rejection, FlairMyTrip - Unit of Bhramanvisa (India) Private Limited does NOT hold any influence for the Visa Grant or Refuse. It is solely directed to the Immigration/Consulate/High Commission. Such Visa application Fees and Charges including FlairMyTrip Services Fee remain NON-REFUNDABLE.

5. Non-Refundable Policy

Client SHALL undertake: Once Visa process starts, Visa Application Fee and any Charges directly or indirectly affected is NON-REFUNDABLE in ANY circumstances.

This Non-Refundable Policy Applies To:
  • βœ— Visa application fees (to Immigration/Consulate)
  • βœ— FlairMyTrip service charges
  • βœ— Embassy/Consulate charges
  • βœ— Visa sponsor charges
  • βœ— Processing fees and administrative costs
  • βœ— Any other charges directly or indirectly related to visa processing

6. Third-Party Supplier/Vendor Refusal of Application

In any case, a third-party suppliers/vendor/Service Provider appointed by FlairMyTrip - Unit of Bhramanvisa (India) Private Limited may refuse to submit Client visa application on the basis of credentials of a Client, which may be decided on the basis of the documents submitted by the Client.

Risk Assessment & Additional Documents

In cases where the vendor is of the opinion that there exists a substantial risk of the visa being rejected, additional documents may be required. The same shall be updated to Client, and Client shall undertake and agree with these conditions.

Application Submission Process
  • οΏ½οΏ½οΏ½ The application will be submitted ONLY once all additional required documents are provided
  • β†’ If the application is NOT submitted by the vendor/supplier/service provider, the visa fees shall be refunded
  • β†’ BUT the service fee of FlairMyTrip - Unit of Bhramanvisa (India) Private Limited shall remain NON-REFUNDABLE

By submitting your visa application through FlairMyTrip - Unit of Bhramanvisa (India) Private Limited, you (the Client) confirm that you:

  • βœ“ Authorize FlairMyTrip to file visa applications and related fees on your behalf

🚨 CRITICAL WARNING: Overstaying your visa in Oman results in severe financial penalties, legal consequences, and potential travel bans. This section contains mandatory information that ALL visa applicants MUST read and understand.

Agent/Client Responsibility for Exit

AGENT/CLIENT/CUSTOMER shall be solely responsible for ensuring that all visa holders and any accompanying family members exit Oman within the period of validity of their visas.

If required, you must procure a copy of the visa holder's / family member's passport with exit stamp in order to clear any overstay reports from the Immigration Overstay System with immediate effect from the date of issue of the Overstay Report.

Overstay Penalties & Charges

If an overstay(s) is/are identified by the ROP (Royal Oman Police) / Immigration of OMAN, the following charges will be levied to the AGENT/CLIENT/CUSTOMER:

  • πŸ’° Daily Overstay Fine: 10 to 20 OMR per day (approximately INR 2,000-4,000 per day per passenger)
  • 🚫 Absconding Amount: Up to INR 5 Lakhs (INR 5,00,000) per passenger
  • βž• Additional Charges: These amounts are OTHER THAN the charges which will be levied by Immigration for such overstay(s)

Important: Processing of new visas will be placed on hold until the overstaying passenger/s exit(s) the country. This affects ALL future visa applications from the agent/client until the overstay issue is resolved.

Understanding Your Responsibility

We, Travel Agent/Client/Customer of FlairMyTrip - Unit of Bhramanvisa (India) Private Limited, are in the business of arranging tourist visas for passengers desiring to visit Oman from time to time and obtain such visas from you for this purpose.

Each time a specific visa is required for any passenger, we make applications to you for obtaining the visas for these passengers. This is an ongoing business activity between us.

However, the risk of these passengers violating the terms and conditions under which their visas are granted, lies squarely with us (Travel Agent/Client/Customer) and/or the passengers concerned without any recourse whatsoever to FlairMyTrip - Unit of Bhramanvisa (India) Private Limited.

Indemnity Agreement

In view of the above, we Travel Agent/Client/Customer of FlairMyTrip - Unit of Bhramanvisa (India) Private Limited hereby:

  • βœ“ INDEMNIFY and agree to keep indemnified, FlairMyTrip - Unit of Bhramanvisa (India) Private Limited, its officers, employees and/or representatives, anywhere in the world
  • βœ“ Against ALL costs, charges, claims, damages and the like that may arise or be attributable to any or all the passengers obtaining their visas through us
  • βœ“ For defaulting in their terms and conditions for grant of their respective visa(s) to visit Oman
  • βœ“ From all claims, including but not limited to, any overstay or absconding, if at all by any of the applicants whose applications are submitted through Travel Agent/Client/Customer of FlairMyTrip - Unit of Bhramanvisa (India) Private Limited and/or their affiliates in India or abroad

Full Responsibility & Guarantee

We Travel Agent/Client/Customer of FlairMyTrip - Unit of Bhramanvisa (India) Private Limited take full responsibility and guarantee of the passenger/s, and ensure that the passenger/s departs Oman as per the Visa stay validity submitted for Visa Application.

Inability to Clear Overstay Report

If, for any reason, Travel Agent/Client/Customer of FlairMyTrip - Unit of Bhramanvisa (India) Private Limited is unable to clear an overstay report as aforesaid, Travel Agent/Client/Customer of FlairMyTrip - Unit of Bhramanvisa (India) Private Limited shall:

  • β€’ INDEMNIFY and hold FlairMyTrip - Unit of Bhramanvisa (India) Private Limited harmless from and against any overstay penalties imposed by Immigration
  • β€’ Pay for repatriation air ticket(s)
  • β€’ Cover any other costs and expenses arising out of or in connection with such overstay

Legal Rights Reserved

What You Must Do to Avoid Overstay

  • βœ“ Track Visa Validity: Always know your exact visa expiry date and plan exit accordingly
  • βœ“ Book Return Tickets: Confirm return flight bookings well in advance within visa validity

2. OK to Board (OTB) Requirements

  • OTB Request Timing: Send OK to Board request 72 hours prior to departure (except Friday, Saturday and other national holidays in Oman, Sunday and other National Holidays in India).
  • Airline Reconfirmation: Kindly reconfirm the updating of OTB message with the concerned airlines 24 hours prior to departure.

3. Document Requirements

  • Color Documents Mandatory: Passport copy and photograph should be in color to apply for all visas. Black and white or grayscale documents will not be accepted.
  • Entry Permit Validity: Duration of stay and validity of visa to travel will be according to the particular visa category selected during application.

4. Visa Application Charges

Visa once applied is chargeable irrespective of issuance or rejection by the Immigration Department. This means all visa fees and service charges are non-refundable regardless of the outcome of your application.

5. Liability & Responsibilities

  • Processing Delays: Due to any delay in visa approval from Oman Immigration for any reason, FlairMyTrip – Unit of Bhramanvisa (India) Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable for any losses like Hotel and ticket costs.
  • No Visa Guarantee: FlairMyTrip - Unit of Bhramanvisa (India) Pvt. Ltd. does not give guarantee for visa approval; the decision to Grant or Refuse a visa is the sole prerogative of the ROP/Immigration. FlairMyTrip - Unit of Bhramanvisa (India) Pvt. Ltd. does not have any way to influence the same.
  • Channel for Processing: FlairMyTrip - Unit of Bhramanvisa (India) Pvt. Ltd. hereby plays a role as a channel for processing the visa application and hence we are not liable for any kind of compensation, due to:
    • Delay in Visa processing
    • Visa approval or rejection
    • Amendments to the visa application
    • Deporting of passengers
    • Any other issues occurring at/by the Consular Office/Immigration/Embassy

6. Entry to Oman

⚠️ Important Notice: Holding a visa does not guarantee your entry to Oman. You must meet all of the conditions on arrival to be granted entry, at the discretion of an Immigration Officer at the port of entry.

7. Rate of Exchange (ROE) & Visa Fees

  • ROE Updates: ROE (Rate of Exchange) cost will be updated from time to time basis. The exchange rate used for calculating visa fees may change periodically.
  • ROE Fluctuation: ROE may be updated without prior notice in case of huge ROE fluctuation depending on market conditions. This is necessary to maintain accurate pricing aligned with currency exchange rates.
  • Fee Adjustments: If ROE gets increased, visa fee will simultaneously increase to reflect the current exchange rate. Conversely, if ROE decreases, visa fees may be adjusted accordingly.
Understanding ROE Impact

The ROE (Rate of Exchange) between Indian Rupee (INR) and Omani Rial (OMR) affects the final visa cost. Since Oman Immigration charges are in OMR, currency fluctuations can impact the INR amount you pay. We update our prices regularly to ensure fair pricing based on current exchange rates.
